Adele Yates was my best friend from 1969 -1975 and beyond, even after we had a falling out.
Adele and I came of age together. She was the maid of honor in my wedding. After 1978 or so, I never saw her again.
I searched for her on the Internet on and off over the years. Tonight I found your posting and another that pertained to my search-- her brother, Leslie's, obituary. In it, Adele's is listed as having predeceased him.
If you have any information about Adele's life, please contact me at bonnief@cksd.wednet.edu ... I miss her, too.
